4. Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw from 99ck, your account must be fully verified. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will not be processed.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 500 BDT.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: BDT 1,00,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members once only.
• Your cash balance must be used before placing bets with bonus funds.
• Wagering requirements for bonuses may range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Bets placed on certain games may count fully or partially toward wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are generally valid for a period of 7 to 30 days.
• Any fraudulent use of bonuses will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

• If you are disconnected during a game, your account balance will remain safe.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, all wagers will be refunded.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final.
• Winnings from any round in which game rules are violated may be voided.

• Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within 7 days of the incident.
• Complaints submitted after 7 days may not be considered.
